Shipping Terms

Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on your ship-to location. Your shipping charge will vary based on weight and country of destination no matter which carrier you use.

USPS:
USPS First Class Mail: First Class Mail is the least expensive international shipping option for packages weighing 1.8 KG or less. Packages sent via First Class Mail are not trackable so we will not be able to update you on the status of your order once it leaves the U.S. However, 99% of packages are delivered anywhere in the world within 7-10 business days.

Global Priority Mail: Global Priority Mail® provides the benefit of online tracking so that you know exactly where your package is and when it will arrive. Packages are delivered within 5-8 business days and Global Priority Mail guarantees your estimated delivery date anywhere in the world.

Global Express: With the highest standard for international shipping, Global Express Guaranteed is the U.S. Postal Service's premium international mail service. It provides reliable, high-speed, time-definite service to your country with online tracking so that you can monitor your package. While this option is the most costly, it is also the quickest method of shipment and the most reliable. Packages are delivered within 3-5 business days.

Express shipping is via USPS.
The estimated delivery time will be approximately 3-5 business days from the time of order.

Back Orders:

We regularly stock every item we carry however occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this event, we will give you an estimated time of availability and give you the choice of 1) canceling the out-of-stock items, 2) holding off shipment of your entire order until the product is available, or 3) receiving a partial shipment of the in-stock items first and the out-of-stock items when they are available. No additional shipping charges will be incurred by the customer for these partial shipments.

Customs Disclaimer and Delivery Guarantee:

If you order products from us that are not accepted by Customs in your country and customs either seizes the products or destroys them, or returns the products to us destroyed, the loss is the customer's and not Doozie.com's. We will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. Doozie.com will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. Doozie.com will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge. Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes and country specific fees. Our fees ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your country. If you refuse to pay your local duty or tax and the carrier bills Doozie.com for the unpaid charges, we will re-charge you for the applicable amount. Failure to pay customs duties and taxes may also jeopardize or terminate your ability to place future orders. If you are unsure of your country's import policies, please check with them before ordering.

Returns from Customs:

If the product is undamaged, and not opened by customs, we will re-ship to you again or give you a refund.

Return Policy:

Prior to returning any merchandise, please contact us for return authorization. You can email us at cs@doozie.com. Merchandise must be returned in sellable condition in order to receive credit. Full credit will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 30 days of your receipt of shipment. A 25% restock fee will be applied to unauthorized returns. Product returns cannot be accepted after 30 days.

Damaged Shipments:

We make every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but we understand that sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process. Merchandise damaged during shipping should be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. Please return damaged unused shipment to doozie.com at:

Manufacturing Defects:

Doozie.com guarantees against manufacturing defects for 15 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us for return authorization via email at cs@doozie.com. Include your name, order number, the product being returned and describe the defect. Then return the product to us with your name, address and order number so that we can credit your credit card account or send a check to you.
